Privacy Policy
The “Vchasno” app — reminders for medication, water and food.

stays in your phone’s memory. We don’t see your data and can’t obtain it.
What data the app stores
Only what you entered yourself:
- medication names, dosages, notes, intake times and remaining stock;
- “taken”, “skipped” and “snoozed” marks;
- health readings, if you use them: blood pressure, pulse, weight, blood sugar, temperature;
- appearance and reminder settings.
Where this data goes
Nowhere. The app does not request network access permission — technically it cannot
send anything to the developer or to third parties. There are no accounts, no sync,
no analytics, no ads and no advertising identifiers.
Android automatic backup is also turned off, so records don’t end up
on Google Drive either. You can move them to another phone only manually — with a
backup file from the “Settings” section.
When data leaves the phone
Only through your own action, and only where you choose:
- “Share report (PDF)” — you choose who to send
the file to (for example, your doctor). The app doesn’t upload it anywhere. - “Save a copy” — the file with your records is saved wherever
you put it.
After that, the service or app you passed the file to is responsible for it.
Permissions and why they’re needed
- Notifications — to show intake reminders.
- Exact alarms — so a reminder fires at 08:00 rather than
“sometime within the hour”, as the system does in battery saver mode. - Showing over the lock screen — for “alarm clock” mode.
- Starting after reboot — so reminders don’t disappear
after the phone is turned off. - Disabling battery optimization — optional; without it the system
may delay reminders.
The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or files.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not collect any data, knowingly
or unknowingly — see the section above.
Deleting data
Uninstalling the app permanently removes all records from the phone. No separate
deletion request is needed, because we don’t hold a copy of the data.
This is not a medical device
“Vchasno” only reminds you of the time and keeps your records. It doesn’t diagnose,
prescribe treatment or replace a doctor’s consultation.
Changes
If the policy changes, a new version date will appear here. Since the app
has no network access, it’s impossible to notify you of changes inside it.
